About Orders and Shipments
1. How long does it take to process my order?
Overall the orders are processed within 1-2 working days for available products.
Your order will be shipped from the warehouse closest to your delivery address. Usually the warehouse will ship the package for you within one business day after the order is placed, after that you will be notified by email with the tracking code of the package. Please pay attention to the email in the mailbox where you placed your order.
If the order is shipped from one of our warehouses in the US, it typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Orders shipped from our factory warehouse in China generally take 8 to 30 business days with standard registered airmail, or 3 to 8 business days with expedited DHL shipping.
These are estimated times, and the actual delivery time may be affected by various unforeseen factors.
2. Why hasn't the tracking information for my package been updated??
The tracking information may not updated until the package arrives at your local distribution center.
Since many packages reach one place (e.g. a transit country or region, an exchange office) simultaneously, it takes time to line up for the customs to check and release the packages batch by batch according to respective arrival dates.
3. What should I do if delivery fails due to an incorrect address?
Please email MiraBox official Customer Service at:support@mirabox.net for the contact information to contact your local shipping carrier to retrieve your package.
When placing an order, please provide a complete and correct delivery address, including the name of the recipient, company name, flat number, floor number, street name, and valid phone number. MiraBox will NOT be responsible for any lost package due to the incorrect delivery address provided.
4. How can I modify or cancel the order ?
In general, an order will be processed within 1 to 2 working days.
If you want to modify or cancel it, please email us at:support@mirabox.net as soon as possible.
Please note that once an order has been delivered, only can it be returned rather than canceled. Therefore, address changes and cancellations are not guaranteed, depending on the actual situation.
5. How much does the shipping cost?
The shipping fee depends on the weight of the product, the origin, the destination, the shipping method and warehouses, and other considerations. Detailed pricing information is visible when placing an order. Free shipping is available on orders over $69.
6. What information is required to place an order?
In order for your order to be delivered smoothly, please make sure to enter your full name, accurate shipping address, email address, and the recipient's phone number when placing your order.
7. Can I pay by cash-on-delivery for my order?
We currently DO NOT support cash on delivery (COD).
8. Will there be any handling fees and customs charges?
Taxes may apply to imported goods/services and is regulated by the country's law. MiraBox is not responsible for any tax invoice charged on its products. Shipping rates are estimates and may depend on different policies and tax rates applied per country. Please contact local customs for clarity and information.
If the package cannot be delivered or returned normally because the buyer does not cooperate with customs clearance/payment of customs duties, Refund won't be processed if the buyer doesn’t complete customs. buyers can neither receive the product nor refund finally.
9. How do I switch between Excel worksheets
Find the corresponding shortcut key for switching, and set the corresponding shortcut key in the device background.

1.How do I download StreamDock?
StreamDock is a desktop application that only supports local downloads. You can download it from the MiraBox official website or click here to download: StreamDock
2.What systems does StreamDock support?
Windows: Windows 10 and above.
MacOS: macOS 11.0 and above.
Note for macOS: Set the following options in 'Privacy
& Security' to ensure the normal use of the "StreamDock" controller software .

3.Is StreamDock safe?
1) The control software 'StreamDock' is absolutely safe, but it requires the relevant authorization of your computer to support and run your macro key settings, including mouse, keyboard, system commands, etc.
2) 'StreamDock' has obtained Microsoft Security Digital Certificate certification and passed the security audit of professional antivirus software in more than 90 countries on VirusTotal. You can also visit the VirusTotal website at any time to conduct a security check on the 'StreamDock' software and its installation package.
3) The 'StreamDock' software is only used to control the StreamDock device to set macro keys/shortcut keys on your computer, and will not collect or transmit user information back. Please note that all user data is stored only on your personal computer.

4.What should I do if the Stream Dock software cannot be opened after downloading?
Check whether the operating system version meets the requirements, Windows system is recommended to use administrator privileges to install, Mac system needs to allow security installation permissions.
About usage and settings
1.How do I connect to the StreamDock program?
Connect the StreamDock directly to a USB port on your PC/Mac, then launch the 'StreamDock' software.
1) Avoid using USB hubs or docking stations.
2) For optimal stability, use the rear USB ports of your computer's main chassis (front ports may cause insufficient power supply or abnormal transmission).
2.How to use StreamDock?
1) You can view the corresponding shortcut key list in the system settings of each software, set the shortcut keys you need on StreamDock, and perform the corresponding operation with one click. There is no need to download any plug-ins in this process.
2) The plug-in library can provide some shortcut keys and icons that can be used directly, but if you cannot find the plug-in you need on StreamDock, or some existing plug-ins cannot be used normally, please contact us. We have a professional team of engineers to improve and update the plug-in library. In this case, you can temporarily use the customized macro keys to operate the corresponding software.
3) As a macro key device, StreamDock is a collaborator and supplement to keyboard operation, but it cannot completely replace the keyboard. This is a fact.
4) It may take some time to get familiar with and set up StreamDock, but once it is set up, it will greatly simplify your keyboard/mouse operation process.
5) Every time you update the macro key, you need to export the file to save. If the setting is lost due to misoperation or system abnormality, you only need to re-import the corresponding file to restore it.
3.Is it possible to set each software to automatically switch to the corresponding scene?
Yes, you can select the corresponding software in the scene settings.
4.Can't see the plugin in the list after installation?
It might be that the plugin file is not placed in the correct directory. Make sure the plugin is placed in the plugin folder, then restart the software to refresh.
5.Is it possible to set up separate key mappings for each game?
Yes, each game can have its own scene, and it will automatically switch when the game starts
6.Does the main Windows process need to access the network?
If you only use local features, you don't need an internet connection.
