Stream Dock Icon Replacement Guide

Icons help you recognize each Stream Dock key more quickly.
When your device has many shortcuts, a clear icon can make the whole layout easier to use.
In Stream Dock software, you can replace a key icon in several ways:
- Select a local image
- Use the built-in icon library
- Capture part of the screen
- Download more icon packs from Space
1. Open Icon Options
First, select the key you want to edit.
Then move to the icon preview area in the function settings panel.
Right-click the icon preview to open the icon menu.
You will see options such as:
- Select local file
- Open icon library
- Screenshot
- Screenshot settings
2. Select a Local Image
If you already have an image on your computer, choose Select local file.
Then select an image from your folder.
Supported image formats may include:
- JPG
- JPEG
- PNG
- BMP
After selecting the image, Stream Dock will apply it to the current key.
This is useful when you want to use your own logo, app icon, photo, or custom design.
3. Use the Icon Library
You can also choose Open icon library.
The icon library contains icon packs that are already available in Stream Dock.
Select the icon you want, and it will be applied to the selected key.
This is a quick way to keep your layout clean and consistent.
4. Use Screenshot as an Icon
If you want to use part of your screen as an icon, choose Screenshot.
After entering screenshot mode, select the area you want to capture.
Confirm the capture, and Stream Dock will use that screenshot as the key icon.
This is useful for creating icons from software interfaces, images, logos, or visual elements on your screen.
5. Adjust Screenshot Settings
In the icon menu, you can also open Screenshot settings.
Available options may include:
- Equal scaling
- Rounded screenshot
- Rounded screenshot with border
These options help adjust how the captured image is displayed on the key.
6. Download More Icons from Space
If you want more icon styles, you can visit Space.
Go to:
Space > Stream Dock > Icons
There, you can browse different icon packs, open the detail page, and click Get to download.
After downloading, the icon pack can be used in Stream Dock software.
Notice: Icons downloaded from Space will be loaded into the icon library.
